Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Deceptive Reality LLC (doing business as Deceptive Reality). Our products include both digital audio downloads and physical merchandise. This policy explains how each is delivered and what to expect.

Digital Products (Sample Packs, Presets, etc.)

All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase via a secure download link shown on the checkout page and sent by email. You can also re-access downloads anytime by logging into your account. If you experience an issue downloading your files, contact us at contact@deceptivereality.store, and we’ll resend them manually. Because these files are delivered immediately, no shipping fees apply to digital products.

Physical Products (Merch, Apparel, Accessories)

Physical items are fulfilled on demand through Printify and shipped directly from the nearest production partner. Average production time: 2–5 business days. Average shipping time (after fulfillment): U.S. orders: 3–8 business days. International orders: 7–21 business days (may vary by destination and customs delays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on item weight, location, and shipping method. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Issues or Lost Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond expected delivery windows, please email contact@deceptivereality.store with your order number.
We’ll coordinate with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement when eligible.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

For digital products, all sales are final. For physical items, returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To request a replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
